According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, estrogen can be anyone of the natural steroids generated by androgen precursor. The estrogen mainly secreted by oophoron,placenta,adipose tissue and testis and is with the function of stimulating the development of woman’s secondary sex characteristic to promote the growth and maintenance of woman’s genital system.

Generally speaking,estrogen is a kind of hormone, a natural-occurring substance generated in woman’s genital system to keep its normal operation,which includes the development of breast tissue.

• Thicken the endometrium to prepare for pregnancy;
  Strengthen bones with calcium;
  Help to prevent vagina to be over dry;
  Influence the development and the size of breast.

• The estrogen can promote hyperplasia in Mammary stroma and glandular tubes. In the first and secondary development, nipples can secrete pituitary prolactin to promote lactation.

• The estrogen can promote slight breast augmentation, but it has some side effects therefore not being recommended. Breast is woman’s secondary sex characteristic. Moderate estrogen supplement contributes to breast development. However, for adult females, use estrogen for breast augmentation for a long time will not get good effect and even generate side effects, including endocrine dyscrasia,menstrual disorder and obesity, leading to diseases such as hyperplasia of mammary glands,breast cancer and myoma of uterus. When becoming serious, these disease will pose great damage to the health.
• Therefore, estrogen is not recommended in breast augmentation. To realize breast augmentation , woman are recommended to strengthen pectorales,eat more food rich in protein,vitamin A and vitamin E. It is also recommended to realize breast augmentation with prosthesis filling and constant negative pressure system.
